Talent Acquisition at UC Davis Health is closing job openings that have been open for more than one year to improve data accuracy and align with Workforce Management Program approvals.
UC Davis Health collects valuable input from employees through the Employee Experience Survey (formerly the CommUNITY Feedback Survey) and other ongoing listening efforts, such as leadership listening tours, I-DARE surveys and town halls. Employee feedback continues to shape how the organization supports career development, transparency and internal mobility for staff.
Compensation Services and Talent Acquisition are hosting office hours to provide a dedicated space for addressing questions, sharing updates and aligning on key workforce initiatives. These sessions will begin July 30 and take place every other Wednesday, from 1–2 p.m., via Zoom.
