The Academic and Staff Assistance Program (ASAP) offers non-emergent confidential, cost-free consultation, supportive counseling, and referral services to all UC Davis and UC Davis Health faculty, staff, partners/spouses, their adult dependent family members (age 18 and over), and retirees.
ASAP also offers support spaces and workshops to further support individual and community well-being.
We are committed to fostering the mental and emotional well-being of our community, promoting personal development while strengthening our collective fortitude. We care deeply about those we serve and stand in solidarity with our community.
Our goal is to help at the earliest possible moment.
Whether the problem is work-related or personal, administrative or individual, career or relationship-focused, our experienced staff can assist you in moving forward. When additional resources are needed, we can link you to the appropriate services in your community.
