UC Davis Supply Chain Management turned Employee Experience Survey feedback into action by launching a four-month Career Development Workshop series. Employees gained practical tools, new perspectives and actionable strategies to support their professional growth.
Beginning August 1, all Davis campus supervisors and managers will be assigned the virtual instructor-led course Developing and Retaining Talent, designed specifically for UC Davis.
We understand that the most impactful actions are those taken by the supervisor at the team level. The goal of this network is to work alongside the Employee Experience Advisory Committees to communicate changes at the local level, where we can make the most difference.
