Rob Starkey is a Psychologist and Certified Threat Manager (CTM).  He is the chair of the UC Davis Campus Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) and Threat Assessment Team (TAT).  Rob provides threat assessment for the Students of Concern Response Team (SCRT).   He also provides organizational consultation for supervisors and managers seeking advice on employees who may pose a concern to themselves or others.  Rob has also worked in the employee assistance programs at UC Davis, UC Berkeley, UCOP and UCSF.
