The Annual Compensation Review Program, conducted each fall for policy-covered staff, is an optional opportunity to make salary adjustments.
This cycle, adjustments are limited to address these specific issues:
- Supervisor Salary Compression
- Salary Range Placement
- Salary Inequity Between Comparable Positions
This compensation review gives administrative leaders access to important compensation data to support informed decisions. This annual review also reduces the volume of time-consuming, ad hoc salary adjustment requests submitted to Compensation Services throughout the year.
Participation in the program is optional by departments and,
given budget constraints, the FY 2024/25 pool is limited to .5%.
