Julie joined UC Davis in 2016 as an Employee Relations Consultant with a previous 15 years of Employee and Labor Relations management experience in higher education and county government, working with all organizational levels in performance management, discipline, evaluations, grievances, contract interpretation, and providing support in State Personnel Board hearings and arbitrations.  Currently she handles all aspects of the Employee Relations role and is one of three ER Consultants on the Davis campus.
