Rebecca joined UC Davis Health as a TES employee in January 2021. She transitioned into a career role with Campus ELR at the end of 2021 as an Executive Assistant and is now an ELR Coordinator primarily supporting the Employee Relations team. Rebecca graduated from Sacramento State University with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders and with a minor in Deaf Studies. As an ELR Coordinator, she provides support to the Director, initiates process improvements, case management for the Employee Relations team, and maintains several other departmental functions.
