This month, the Mondavi Center presents Unlimited Miles: Miles Davis at 100, a tribute marking the centennial of Miles Davis' birth. Under the direction of pianist and composer John Beasley, a sextet featuring saxophonist Mark Turner, trumpeter Sean Jones, guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkel, bassist Ben Williams, and drummer Terreon Gully explores Davis' music through arrangements spanning every decade of his career.
