Taking time to relax is vital to our health, well-being and optimal functioning.

Learn how to activate your body’s natural relaxation response in these sessions presented by Neesha Patel, PhD, of WorkStrong (Occupational Health Services).

Sessions are scheduled for June 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Aug. 5, 12, 19, 26 from 3:30-4 p.m. Registration in this series give access to all 10 sessions; you may attend one or more sessions as they fit.
