Build resilience and foster your well-being with science-based mindfulness meditation, guided by Neesha Patel, PhD, of WorkStrong (Occupational Health Services). This class is open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike.

Sessions: Mondays through August 31st (excluding 6/15, 6/29, 7/13, 7/27)

Time:  4:30-5 p.m.
