This course is a foundational training and includes step by step instruction on initiating a new recruitment as well as taking action on a current job description. Additional instruction is provided on using the JD Catalog and Department Library to locate approved JDs, historical actions and Job Description Acknowledgements. - HR Business Partner & L3 Approver Management in Job Builder
Training involves demonstration of using the JD Catalog and Department Library, as well as how to review and approve actions within the system as an L3 approver. Additional instruction is provided on the JD Acknowledgement and the HRBP's role in JDA management.

Campus Compensation Management in Job Builder
The training begins with introduction to the critical features of Job Builder that are relevant to compensation users. Then, the course provides detailed instruction on the compensation management of a workflow from compensation queue triage to compensation backend processing.
